The host was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended! And we can’t forget the wonderful apartment! It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we truly felt at home. The apartment, together with the amazing hospitality, made our stay in Kraków even more special. We would definitely love to stay here again! We also really appreciated how thoughtfully the apartment was prepared with Arab guests in mind, especially having a bidet spray and air conditioning. These little details made a huge difference to our comfort and made us feel truly considered and welcomed.

Location was easy to find. It was a bit deeper from the road so it was quiet. House had I believe 8 rooms, car park would fit 8 cars, but would be difficult to get out for some. But I had plenty of space for my car.

We had a truly pleasant experience in IJG Imperial Apartamenty Szymaszkowa. The apartment was very nice and cozy — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Tatra Mountains, visible right from the spacious terrace. Inside, the apartment strikes a lovely balance between modern comfort and traditional Polish charm. Our apartment had a cozy bedroom tucked away in the attic, a small but functional living area with a sofa bed, and an equipped kitchenette that included a stovetop, fridge, and coffee machine. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We received clear instructions via WhatsApp, including helpful pictures and videos that made everything easy to navigate. The location was also ideal — just 15 minutes from the center of Zakopane, which gave us a peaceful setting without being far from the action. Several grocery stores were conveniently located within a 5-minute drive.

View and location are amazing. I really like that in front of the building you have a grass field, so you don't feel that neighbours are looking inside your room. The location is really good. Everywhere 5-10 min drive. Good parking spots. Plus, the building is really warm, so you can chill in pyjamas. If you want to ski, slope and ski rental is a minute away. I was really happy with my choice.

It is an excellent property absolutely deserves its rating. It has nice design and convenient location, warm and cosy. Situated not far from train station and 5-7 min walk to Zakopane Thermal Pools and pretty much same distance to supermarket and closest restaurants. Plenty of parking on site. Ski slope with lift for beginners and slope for sleds for kids just next to the property. 10 min drive to Harenda and Polana Szymoszkowa. Flat has all necessary amenities and I would say even extra: smart TV, good reliable internet, microwave, coffee machine (bean to cup with complimentary coffee), fridge, hob, dish washer, comfy beds, towels, hair dryer, iron with the board. Admin staff always contactable and very flexible and responsive. Off note - I recommend renting ski at Sukces (small family run business with owner professional ski instructor) not far from property and much cheaper than on the slopes with good equipment.

Brand new property with very nice design! The city center is close at 15 min walking distance from it. The host was very kind - even gave us a slide for the kids that they could use on the hill right next to the building. Thank you Mrs Marta. 👍

I liked everything very much. All questions were answered immediately, which is a plus. Everything is clean and necessary. I really liked the design of the room, modern with local symbols. The apartment is near the station, next to an educational slide and a children's slide for sledding. Shops are also nearby, 15 minutes walk to the center.

Lovely apartment looking at the mountain views. Next to the ski slopes so you could jump on skis whenever you felt. Very big couch turning into bed - we had a nice coffee machine and ready coffee and tea to use for all our days! The host left us a very nice prosecco to welcome us.

The cabin is very clean and its details are top notch, even the bidet is provided. There was no reception desk. Check-in and key receipt is from a small box next to the door. The code is sent via Booking messages, and parking is available next to the cabins for free. Honestly, the details of the place exceeded expectations. Thank you.

This apartment was truly luxurious and modern! The wood effect throughout the space and the perfectly designed lighting created such a warm and stylish atmosphere. The bathroom was especially impressive with a unique and comfortable design, and I loved the rinser in the toilet, which was a great added touch. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful — they even washed my dirty pants for free! Overall, a fantastic place to stay—highly recommended!

The room is clean and beautiful, and there is a bathtub for bathing. It is the most comfortable accommodation during this 11-day trip to Poland. The way the window opens is very special, it feels surprising, and it becomes a small balcony when opened up and down. The message was replied promptly, the accommodation was very friendly and helped to solve the problem of the bath water not being hot enough.

Beautiful property set off the main road so very quiet evenings. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Nicely furnished room with a small kitchen with coffee machine. Very warm but I guess that is better than being cold! It was snowing outside.

Really beautiful and modern apartment with amazing mountain view from balcony and a lift 50m away. Polite host and well thought out apartments - coffee machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, internet, Wi-Fi. We were two families with kids, both apartments were adjacent to each other and it was really comfy - that we were able to close the large corridor door and both apartments were like a big house with an entrance hall. Prior to arrival, self-entry details were sent on WhatsApp for easy entry. The place is clean, the view is wonderful, and all needs are provided. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and bidet in the bathroom. The place is spacious enough to fit two couples. We were late for checkout, but they were kind to us. Thank you.

Located in a quiet area near a park and very close to the Main Street for visitors. Very thoughtful to leave a bottle of wine also a canister of coffee. Kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay, including a microwave. Lots of natural light, but private. Wi-Fi worked well. Pillows were too big and hard, but we used some of the decorative pillows to sleep. A small item - there’s a floor stop to keep the bathroom door from swinging too hard, but I kept stubbing my toe on it since it’s in front of coat hooks.

Flexibility and kindness of the hosts. The Chorny Potok (Black Creek) close to the house makes a special, lovely atmosphere. There is a fantastic playground in the neighbourhood, ideal for children!

We liked the style of the building, the apartment was spacious and clean. Hosts were nice, check-in process quick and easy, as was payment process. We appreciated the free bottle of wine and the sweets. We liked Zakopane and we will surely go back there, we would happily stay here again when we do.
